Timeshare Sales
The High Country has been a popular area for ownership of a second home, a place where typically folks from the warmer climates escape to the summer breezes and pleasant temperatures. Some, however, believe that full ownership of a second home is no longer practical. Some reasons for this are: the availability of a disposable income, the amount of time actually occupied in the home, or the problems sometimes associated with the caring and maintenance of a second home from a long distance location. For these families, our Interval Ownership plan offers the ideal alternative. Interval Ownership is a simple, practical concept which offers one the opportunity to own a fully furnished condominium at the fraction of the cost of full ownership. Swiss Mountain Village handles all the details of housekeeping, repairs, utilities, guest check-ins, etc. Here’s how it works:
Each purchaser owns an interest in a fully furnished condominium home and is entitled to occupy the unit each year for the time purchased.
Interval Ownership is fee simple and is accompanied by a warranty deed. As with other real estate, these interests can be sold, rented, or willed to family members or others.
Each owner is responsible for annual maintenance fees, which depend on the size unit owned.
Swiss Mountain Village management is available to assist the owner in the rental of unused time and to accommodate guests who are permitted to use the unit.
